For Rising Star nominations, for beginners or first timers, it may be little confusing or hard to understand who can nominate themselves, how they can nominate themselves, what to fill in nomination for, what all Contributions are considered, etc. Let me help to solve it.
Q1. Who can be eligible to nominate themselves for Rising Star 2024 award?
Ans: Any ServiceNow Professional who are interested to be part of Rising Star Award can nominate themselves. It does not matter if they are Student, Freshers, juniors, senior, etc. Irrespective of their Role anyone can be nominate. So nothing to think much. If you are passionate ServiceNow Professional, just nominate yourself.
Q2: What all contribution are considered?
Ans: There is not any specific area of contribution only but irrespective of platform or way you actively share your knowledge, help community in their learning and growth, taking part in different activities, events, contest, etc. Everything will be considered. Q3: What is the duration of contribution considered for Rising Star 2024 nomination?
Ans: I believe it should be between July 2023 to December 2023.
Q4: How can anyone nominate for Rising Star 2024 award?
Ans: You can nominate yourself and can nominate someone else also who you believe has good potential to become Rising Star.
Q5: What is the nomination duration?
Ans: Nomination has already started on 1 Dec 2023 and will end by 31 Dec 2023.

Q7: What details to fill in Nomination form?
Ans: Let me help you with Nomination form questions and what you can answer in it:
1.Nominee’s ServiceNow Community profile link:
- Share your ServiceNow Community Profile link.
For Example: https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5414
2.Nominee's full name: Legal Full name as per your documents.
3. Nominee's email address: Mention the same email ID which you are using for the ServiceNow Community profile.
4. Which country is the nominee located in?: Country where you live in.
5. What activities or topics is the nominee passionate about?:
- You can mention the key modules and features of ServiceNow which you like working on and exploring. You can also mention other activities like any kind of community contribution, for example: Helping others in job guidance, answering on community to help them solve issues, training new comers, sharing knowledge, etc.
6. Why should the nominee be inducted into the ServiceNow Rising Star program?
- Mention what all contributions you have done like answering questions on Community portal, writing articles or blogs, creating YouTube videos, presenting in any event like meetup/summit/forum/RiseUp etc. If taken part in any Contest or Challenge like #BuildwithRPA, Hacktoberfest 2023, Devvies, CreateCon, etc.
7. Please provide link(s) the nominee’s LinkedIn profile and other relevant channels:
- Firstly, don't forget to mention your LinkedIn Profile link and you must keep the LinkedIn profile fully updated with your Organisation, Skills, Certificates, DP, Headlines, About, etc.
- Secondly, if you have any YouTube channel do share the link of your channel.
- If you were part of any YouTube video like YouTube Live, Podcast, etc. Do share the link of that particular YouTube video.
- If you have any external Blog page, do share your Blog Channel Link.
- If you have any Projects listed publicly like on Developer Portal or GitHub, share it's link.
- If have any other link where it can show that you have shared some knowledge, do mention.
8. Please list the ServiceNow topics, products, and solutions that the nominee is familiar with:
- You can mention the key modules, products, features of ServiceNow which you like working on, you have knowledge and understanding of and exploring now.
9. Has the nominee participated in any of these ServiceNow programs?
- Options are already available. If you have been part of any of those programs, do check it and if anything missing, do add them in Others.

- Your relevant Experience of ServiceNow.

- What changes you can make or bring after being a Rising Star. If possible give some instances where you have done something unique.
