Hi Everyone,
We're looking for admins and developers (or similar roles) who have deployed features/functionalities in a CSM implementation to complete our Product Research Survey. The insights from this survey are critical in shaping the development of our products, ensuring they better align with the needs of businesses.
Our survey objectives are to better understand implementation challenges customers encounter when implementing CSM applications.
The survey will take ~5-10 minutes to complete and will be open until EOD August 22. Responses will remain confidential. Additionally, those who complete the entire survey may be eligible for an incentive.

Is this any different than the one posted on Monday? It feels like a huge waste of time to fill in the same thing twice. Wouldn't it be better to have a separate account to post these kinds of requests, to ensure we're not getting spammed by everyone with the same survey?
