Use Case:

The flow designer serves as a tool for low-code and no-code environments. It is essential for citizen developers to strategize on enhancing reusability and minimizing the effort required to create flows.

Decision Builder:

Decisions that need to be made will be managed through the decision builder. You have the option to configure decisions according to either new or existing requirements. This tool should be accessible within both flows and sub-flows.

Please note: If the number of decision configurations exceeds 200, it is essential to plan and select the decision builder with great care. There are defined limitations that must be managed within the flows and sub-flows.

Subflow:

It is advisable to establish the majority of operations as a subflow. This approach enhances reusability within the main flows, facilitates time reduction, and enables adherence to standardized processes.

Action:

The 'Script' step serves the purpose of composing scripts, functioning as a method within your code. It should be developed in accordance with established methodologies and sound coding practices. If this type of operation is to be executed, it should be invoked within the main workflows. This approach aids in minimizing time consumption and facilitates performance enhancements effectively.
