Hola Community,
Flow variables are temporary storage locations for data that can be used within a flow. They can be used to store data that is entered by the user, or data that is generated by the flow. As well as, they can be used to pass data between steps in a flow.
Similar to scratchpad variables in workflows, ServiceNow has provided functionality to use Flow Variables.
I made a video to understand the basics of flow variables and how to use them in a flow using an example. I hope this will be helpful for everyone in ServiceNow Community.
