The Night Before: NYC SNUG Kick-Off
The night before World Forum, the brand new NYC chapter of ServiceNow User Groups is officially kicking off.
When: Wednesday, September 9, 5:30pm – 8:00pm Eastern
Where: RESOBOX, 91 East 3rd Street, New York, NY 10003
This is the very first event for the NYC chapter, so you'll be there for the origin story.
Senior ServiceNow Developer Advocate Kristy Merriam is leading a session called "Name That Studio: A Practical Guide to ServiceNow's Studio Ecosystem." Here's what's on deck:
- A trivia game to kick things off: how many Studios are actually on the platform, and can anyone in the room name them all?
- A walk-through of what each Studio is built for, who should be using it, and the capabilities most people miss
- How Studios overlap and connect, so you can spot where your team might already own tools you're not using
- Practical tips on when to reach for which Studio
- What's new in the Brazil release, plus a callout on one Studio that's officially retired (because knowing what's gone is just as important as knowing what's current)
