While you are working with Flow Designer in ServiceNow, you may have need to share your automation logic with stakeholders, include it in documentation or use it in training material.
Instead of capturing multiple screenshots, ServiceNow provides built-in feature to export entire flow as image.
Here are the steps:
Step 1:
- Open the Flow in Flow Designer.
- Navigate to the flow you want to export.
Step 2:
- Change the View In the Flow Designer canvas to "Diagram View" so the full flow diagram is visible as shown in screenshot.
- The option to change to view is on top right hand as you can show in the screenshot below.
- This ensures that the entire flow structure including triggers, actions, and conditions is captured properly.
Step 3:
Locate the Download Image Option at bottom left
Step 4:
Once the PNG image file is downloaded, you can view it or send it to your stakeholders to review.
