I've been working with CSM and SPM (ITBM) a lot lately.
And for some reason I'm finding myself doing a LOT of record summaries in higher order Task records.
I got sick of them looking so plain, so decided to spice them up a little bit. After this you should be able to
- format text logged in Work Notes, Comments, or any other journal field
- embed hyperlinks into the text
- add emojis
