Use Case:
I seek to update / delete records across multiple tables without the need to write scripts. What is the method to accomplish this through straightforward configurations? Are there any out-of-the-box solutions available?

Solution:
The 'System Data Management Jobs' module is available out of the box (OOB). It allows users to configure the specific conditions under which data can be deleted or updated, as well as the timing for executing these actions. This module is designed to be a No-code solution, facilitating ease of use.

Rollback:
In the event of an incorrect configuration leading to the execution of a job, there is an OOB feature on the same page that enables users to revert their changes. A simple click will restore the system and data to its original state.

  1. Navigate to All > System Data Management > Update jobs.
  2. Select an update job that has been executed.
  3. Select the Rollback related link to revert the updated records.
  4. When prompted, confirm that you want to rollback the delete job.
