Error Message Like this:
An error message like the one below (related to a particular module) may appear for cross-scope access issues:
Execute operation on Script Include 'SysRelatedList' from scope 'Enterprise Release Management' was denied. The application 'Enterprise Release Management' must declare a cross-scope access privilege. Please contact the application author to update their privilege requests.
Resolution
Follow these steps to give cross-scope access to any module:
- Navigate to System Application > Application Cross-Scope Access
- Click on New to create a new record
- In the form, fill in the following data:
- Target Scope: Select the module (eg: "Enterprise Release Management")
- Target name: The name of the object being requested (eg: "SysRelatedList")
- Target type: Select the type of object (eg: "Script Include")
- Status: Allowed
