Hi All,
Today I would share what all "Ownership Group members" can do.
1. Each KB can have 1 ownership group and only "Knowledge" type groups can be selected in the ownership group.
2. Ownership group members has special access, and they can publish/Retire without contributing role.
3. Ownership group members can modify, Publish, recall and Retire the Knowledge article even when the member is not "Owner" or Revised By of the knowledge article.
4. They can everything what a contributor access can do without even having the contributor access.
