Hi All,
Question#1: Which Indicator should not be included in Historical Data Job and why?
As a best practice, do not include indicators such as Number Incidents Not Updated in Last 5 Days
in historical collection. Instead, add them to a daily collection job in order to accurately capture the time lapse between last update and the current date.
Question#2: Why should we exclude "State" breakdown from Historical Data Collection. Here is why?
. Historical collection retrieves the most current (latest) State values and cannot provide an accurate historical trend as it is not aware of any interim State changes.
As a best practice, the State breakdowns of open records should be excluded from historical collection as their value is likely to change multiple times over the life of the record. It is safe to add these breakdowns to daily collection.
Question#3: What does a key checkbox means in PA?
Key checkbox helps us to allow search easily and quickly and provide additional filtering in indicator list on the Analytics Hub Page
Key checkbox allows us to easier search on Analytical Hub Page where you see the indicator view and summarized view of Indicator. If you check this box, it will show a dot like this "." on Analytical Hub Page
Hope this helps you.
