Did you know that a journal field is a special type of field which actually saves data on various other tables.
When inserting a journal entry all of the following tables are affected:
- sys_journal_field
- sysevent
- sys_audit
- sys_history_set
- sys_user_session
This shows why it could be difficult for example if a customer wanted to remove a work note that has already been posted.
