Hi Community Family,
When you add or update a reference field value, the system logs it in the [" sys_ui_recent_selection "] table. this excludes catalog reference variables.
By default, 15 entries are shown but if surpassed, records are chosen based on the latest update.
You can control this number with the [" glide.xmlhttp.max_choices "] system property, This property impacts the overall entries displayed.
