Hi there,
Explanation -
To create Universal Requests as the end user facing tickets for existing catalog items and record producers, we need to set the "UR certified" column of the Catalog item / Record Producer to true.
This will create a Universal request for the end user along with the respective records and link to two records to each other.
Note - The "sn_uni_req.com.snc.ur.request_integration" system property needs to be set to true to enable the RITM integration with Universal Requests.
