ナレッジに公開済みの記事がポータルから参照できません。

 

何か、確認すべき観点や、対処方法等ございますでしょうか。

Hi @MM0618,

 

Follow the steps:

1) Navigate to Portal [sp_portal] and open your portal record.

2) In related lists, we can see Search Sources with Knowledge Base record.

3) Open the record and again open reference field Search source record.

4) Check the conditions and update it accordingly.
