3 days after creation of Problem record  for P1/P2 priorities when a Problem is still in New state. The mail should be sent to all assignment group and assignment group manager. What are the things need to create and help me on coding part please

Hi,

You can use flow designer for this with no scripting

Remember to save and Publish the Flow and then test

Hello @PRAGHATIESH S ,

I think you can use the inactivity monitoring for this requirement. you can create a inactivity monitor record as shown below:

So once the wait duration is reached and reset condition is not met then an event with name problem.inactivity will be triggered. So you can configure the notification on the event and in notification you can specify the Problem Assignment group and Assignment group manager under who will receive tab. 

So I think then if the problem remains in New state for 3 days then email will be trigger to the mentioned users. Please check once this approach if it works for you.
