I have admin role and installed "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" plugin. On clicking "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management", I am getting "403: You do not have permissions to access this page." error. How to resolve this?

Hi @Community Alums 

Try to give  HR a specific role to solve this issue. Some time product specific roles required along with Admin.
