A new record page shows different layout on SOW

Hello,

I have a weird problem on SOW.

When I create a new Problem or Change on SOW, I realize that New Record page has a different layout than the layout you see when you open a Problem or Change record on SOW.

When I try to fix that, I see that the form has already the correct layout. Here is the layout:

And here is what you see when you create a new Problem:

Has anyone any idea how to fix this?

I am not sure what is the issue here. Do you have an issue with PRB or change?

There are diffrent view on change form

Try clear cache in your instance

Okay, my bad. The fields are given under details tab. Who needs Overview tab on a new record, I don't know but yeah 🙂
