ABC Domain - XYZ domain Users unable to see ABC tickets while on the ABC domain

Small clarification in ServiceNow.
There is one user, he is from XYZ domain and in user profile in the visibility domain section , added ABC domain also. Now there is a dashboard. the dashboard in under PHW domain. in that dashboard , there is one of the report, the report is also ABC domain. Now user logged in to ServiceNow. So initially he is from XYZ domain, so he will be able to see the dashboards and reports under that domain. Now he changed the domain to ABC. So dashboards and reports are visible under that domain ABC. Now in one of the report(Active SREQ's) which is under ABC domain, in that report there is one SREQ. I mean 1 record available. Even SREQ also ABC domain. Now user clicking on that record in the report, the record is not visible . please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
Note: When user changing the user domain to XYZ from ABC, then user is able to see that record in the list view and form view also, even that record in ABC domain
So why user is unable to see that record. is it expected behavior ?
