Users unable to view I2C tickets raised by themself

End User raising I2C tickets for the portal are no longer able to see the ticket details of the tickets that they have raised on the portal. The status and state of the ticket is not shown on the request list. No ticket number is shown when the ticket is created. Attached is the screenshot of a normal user and what they see and when I create a ticket. Also the Work Notes were previously shown on the ticket and this is now not the case (Additional comments are not active on the I2C ticket so an agent cannot add these). Previously the end users had the view shown as per my view but this has now change to remove access to the ticket. Also when the ticket is created and the email sent and the requester clicks on the link this does not show them any view of the ticket just the attachment that has been added to the ticket.
