Ability for ITIL users to add announcements on Service Portal

Hi guys,

Can anyone guide me on how I can give access to ITIL users to create announcements on the portal?

Hi @Vishwa Pandya,

To create announcement in Service portal user should have the role: admin, sp_admin, or announcement_admin.

You can provide announcement_admin role to ITIL users or specific group for this. It will work.
