Ability to add users to watchlist of an Incident from the Portal/ESC after INC is already create

Is it possible to create a portal/esc action that allows a user to add more users to a watchlist from a fulfiller perspective after they have already submitted an incident?

No mate, not available OOTB, if you want to do, need to do full custmization which will increase technical debts.

Hi @Dillin Bradley ,

OOTB this feature is not availble form portal side. You need to replicate the existing widget and add the custome part for watchlist option. However user can utilize the comment section to communicate with fulfiller to add some one in watchlist.
