Hi.
Scheduled at 12:00 on 5/20 for system clone execution.
In this case, how long will the clone finish?
Also, does the time required for cloning depend on the amount of backup data?
Where can I check the amount of backup data if the recognition is correct?
Thank you!

ServiceNow take backups daily and weekly during the non-business hours at defined scheduled.
The weekly backup is full backup of the database so that it includes all tables.
The Clone generally happens from the last backup of Production, so it's not a 'live' clone, just a restore from the last good Production backup.
Thanks!

Hi,
It depends upon the backup data.
For more FAQ's, please refer this: CLONE - Frequently asked Questions (FAQ)
Also, you can check the previous Clone history & chekc how much time was taken for clone.
System Clone ---> Live Clones ---> Clone History
Thanks!

There was no clear description in the FAQ, but do you recognize that you need to contact Now Support?
