ACC Client Collector - Collection Failed Issues

Hello Experts, 

 

I need a quick help.. we have come across the following error previously with the MID servers which got resolved through Restart, validation of the servers and Rekey... however even though the MID servers were up. This is the

KB218477

 

Also, I referred to this article

However after this issue got resolved, I am facing another issue which is preventing any collection of information from the servers. most of them are going through the following errors. A quick help will be appreciated. This is the KB1707055 I referred
