Access denied

I have a custom table Facilities worknorder.  The report created for Facilities Dashboard are not visible.  It is displaying  Access to this content denied based on report view ACLs. 

but I didn't find any report view operation is running on table  or it's parent table.

By default, reports are available only to the creator.

You need to set the Share settings on the report to allow everyone access, or specific groups and users:

Report has role public, but still is not visible to all. This is visible to requester before Utah upgrade but after upgrade it is not visible.

Can you share a screen shot of page and the error?  Is it appearing within the individual reports, or on the dashboard itself?
