Hello,
We have a record producer at the Employee Service Center which generates interaction records. The interactions are created in the Employee Center Core application so that the OOTB ACLs grant read access to the record for users creating it (Opened for or Opened by).
When the same interaction is accessed by agents via Service Operations Workspace even though the record is displayed correctly 3 Info messages appear:
"Read operation on scope 'Employee Center Core' from scope 'Walk-up Experience for Service Operations Workspace' was denied because the source could not be found. Please contact the application admin."
"Read operation on scope 'Employee Center Core' from scope 'Interaction Management for Service Operations Workspace' was denied because the source could not be found. Please contact the application admin."
"Read operation on scope 'Employee Center Core' from scope 'Service Operations Workspace Core' was denied because the source could not be found. Please contact the application admin."
At the same time an error is recorded in the System Logs stating
"Source descriptor is empty while recording access for scope Employee Center Core: no thrown error"
In a matter of fact 5 of them at a time, while the info messages are only 3.
Seems like it tries to create a Restricted Caller Access records, however the SOW cannot be identified as a valid choice.
I've tried manually creating the following entries, however this did not change anything
I would appreciate your input.
Thank you.
