access to a tile on the service portal

how do you figure out access to the tiles on the service portal. I have to give permissions to someone that cant see the a tile.

Hi @DevtoSME 

If you are a Service Portal Admin, you should be able to CTR+Right Click on an Icon to get configuration options:

From here, you can click the pencil icon on an icon and click "Open in Platform" to see "Can View" / "Cannot View" permissions:

If there are no permissions in there, it could be a widget adding custom view roles. If this is the case, you may need to look at the widget name and server script associated with it.
