Access to the Dashboard

User unable to access a Dashboard, impersonate the user and checked got an error message Report visible only to a specific user or group, tried to share the report but the user is already available in that, pls help to proceed further

Hi Rajesh,

"Dashboard permissions may also be impacted by the Restrict to role field on the dashboard properties form (can be changed by the dashboard owner, and users with pa_power _user, pa_admin, or admin roles), and by dashboard group permissions (can be changed by users with the pa_power_user, pa_admin, and admin roles)."

You might want to try adding pa_viewer role to the users

Very often people forget that the Restrict to Role field was set on the dashboard record, or on the dashboard group, which makes it look like sharing the dashboard isn't working.

I have a new requirement, that is we have catalogue Access request form, when the Organization directors submit the Request form it should bypass (skip) the VP and Above level approval could you pls help me that
