ACL Restriction

Hello,

We have a requirement

1. logged in users should only see the incidents assigned to their assignment group(this is achieved by Before Query BR)

2. If a user search for any INC ticket which is not assigned to their group they should only see Number & Assignment Group field.

How can we achieve the 2nd requirement with ACL?

Thanks& Regards

We have these 2 below requirement

1. logged in users should only see the incidents assigned to their assignment group

2. If a user is searching for any INC ticket which is not assigned to their group they should only see Number & Assignment Group field.

Can you suggest how can we achieve both the above requirement?

. If a itil user search for any INC ticket which he is not part of;  they should only see Number & Assignment Group field.
@Ankur Bawiskar  If we make another application menu and create UI Action(button) for same. Now on Click of 'search AG' button (by ITIL user ,  for INC ticket of group  which he is not part of), I see message 'Incident not found'
