This widget is part of customized dashboard named Project Summary - Hybrid

If it related to dashboard then check report that calls on action item and create data that map in filter of this report then it will visible there.

Hi @nav21,

There might be multiple reason for this.

1. Validate if data collection schedules are running and there is no error

2. Validate score in your indicators what you are getting there.

3. validate the condition which is define in your widget and with the same condition validate the same in table. Sometime there is no data which is fulfilling the conditions.

Try this validation and let us know.
