Actionable messages (OAM) not working in DEV environment

I have installed the OAM plugin and the scripts are available and I'm using the servicenow relay SMTP for the email account but the actionable message script is not working. I don't see any change in the e-mail source code.

 

Any hints?

I am also facing the same issue, let me know if you find a solution for this.
