Activate and Configure Teamspace Settings

Instructions:

PPM Adventure World's PMO wants the Marketing and HR Business Units to have their own Teamspace to manage demands and projects so that they are not relying on IT for all the work. In addition, the Marketing team would like its own Idea portal configured specifically for their use.

 Business Acceptance Criteria:

• Two new teamspace applications are available in the system:

               - Teamspace 1 for 'HR'

               - Teamspace 2 for 'Marketing'

• An idea module named Marketing Idea Portal is configured and available specifically for the marketing team

 Technical Acceptance Criteria:

          1) Two teamspace plugins (Teamspace 1 and Teamspace 2) have been activated

          2) The two new teamspaces have been renamed and configured for 1) HR and 2) Marketing

          3) An idea module has been configured and enabled within the Marketing teamspace, with the following settings:

              - Module name: Marketing Idea Portal

              - Module Id: marketing_idea_portal

              - Idea table: TeamSpace 2 Idea [tsp2_idea]

           4) An idea category configuration record has been created with the following settings:

               - Category table: Idea Category [im_category]

               - Category Field: Category name

               - Module: Marketing Idea Portal

            5) In the Marketing TeamSpace module's related list, a new module titled Idea Portal has been created with the following settings:

                - Application menu: Marketing TeamSpace

                - Order: 150

                - Link type: URL (from Arguments:)

                - *Arguments: /idea/?id=ideas_list&sysparm_module_id=marketing_idea_portal

Thanks for the details , i was able to set up idea portal for my Teamspace. However i am not able to see create task UI action on the tsp1_idea. Iam not able to convert tsp1_idea into demand/project.

please let me know what steps did u take to achieve that
