Activate scoped search HR Agent Workspace

Hi,

 

I would like to activate the scoped search "HR Agent Workspace" for HR employees when they work with the HR Agent Configurable Workspace. I can't figure out how to activate this setting in the Global Search (on the top right). On my PDI this is properly configured (see screenshot). Does anybody know how to activate this?
