Active Chat on Service Operations Workspace is showing blank

I have a ITSM instance, and runs a virtual agent, after i upgrade to CSM module too, when a user opens a ticket on service portal, and choose to conect to live agent, the internal user who need to open the ticket to start a conversation, the active chat appers blank, i will show a image on my demo where works,but my problem is in the work instance, where the attendant takes the interaction ticket for him and the active chat does not show the message history to be able to interact, on the image attach is working for example, on my another instance shows blank with no message ou history
