How to create a report sorting a knowledge base by rating?

Hello,

Has anyone had success creating a report for the stats of a specific knowledge base? I can create a report comparing knowledge bases, and I can get it down to one KB, but from there I do not know how to divide up the data within that KB by, say, the rating for each count.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @KatL,

When you say 'which knowledge bases consistently have the lowest rating', are you implying an average score of all the Knowledge Articles within a Knowledge Base?

My understanding is that the Knowledge Bases don't have ratings associated with them, it's the Knowledge Articles.

If you want to compare the sum/average of KAs' scores between Knowledge Bases, is the below something you were expecting?

Hi @KatL,

Sorry, not really clear what you are trying to do.

Can you elaborate on why you are doing this? e.g. identify knowledge articles with the lowest rating so that they can be reviewed.

Cheers

Hi James,

I would like to see which articles have the lowest rating, but I would like to also see which knowledge bases consistently have the lowest rating.

For example, in my company we have articles written for any employee who needs the information (like maternity leave) and articles only a manager has access to (like putting an employee on leave). Is there a way for me to see if the articles written for managers consistently have low ratings compared to other knowledge bases? This way I know who needs the most help.
