Active Chat Window missing in configurable workspace

My agents are able to receive work items via the inbox page in the configurable workspace but once they accept the work item, the active chat window does not appear. The chat window shows up in the SOW workspace (attached below) but not in our custom configurable workspace. I can't figure out if this is related to the inbox sidebar configuration or if there is an "Active Chat" tab that needs to be added somewhere.

Hi, were you able to fix this? I am having the same problem after upgrade to Yokohama
