Am I able to pull analytics from the ServiceNow Activity Log? I'd like to create graphs or charts to show how long it took different log items to happen for reporting purposes. 

 

For example- Id like to be able to extract the time it took for a ticket to go from assigned to completed and such things like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on the level of detail you want, you'd either need to capture this using metric definitions or move to using performance analytics as a reporting medium
