Activity Stream Filtering in VTBs?

Hi Folks,

Our organization uses the VTB functionality quite extensively, but have noticed that the VTB cards include quite a bit of clutter generated from Lane/Swimlane changes. Any card movement between Lanes or Swimlanes generates an entry to the vtb_card_history.list table. These activities are then displayed in the VTB activity stream, as well as the history of the individual card:

I think it's good that card movement gets logged, but there's no obvious way to hide/disable these activity updates from being displayed. What ends up happening is that they create quite a bit of clutter or 'noise' in the VTB, causing other updates (like work notes/attachments/etc) to end up getting buried. ServiceNow has functionality to filter what gets displayed in record activity, but that functionality doesn't appear to exist in the VTB. Is there any way to suppress/hide lane change activity updates, or are there any plans to include activity filtering here in a future release?

I'm not finding a way to filter what ends up in the Activity Stream while keeping the vtb_card_history records. The only way I was able to restrict items from ending up in the list was to create a Business Rule on the history table that runs before insert when the Card.Board is the one I need restricted and the Card Field is either "swimlane" or "lane" depending on what I want restricted then abort the action.
