add a button to scroll down in same workspace page or to a component on workspace page

Hi Experts,

I need a way to add a button to scroll down in same customized hr agent workspace page or to a component on workspace page. (it's not an ootb page) and dont have the option to scroll ootb. thanks

@Firas Kh Not sure if you are aware of this, but OOTB workspace does provide an option to scroll through between different sections. You do not need any separate button for this.

yes i'm aware of this part but it's not my case, i need the button to be on the workspace customized pages not ootb pages. and there is no 3 dots like this there. all the components was added by me in that page. and have already ux and ui button but needs now a button for scroll down on same page.
