Add a field from the incident in customer portal view

I want to Add SID and Environment field from the incident form  in customer  Portal view so that the customers can see that after they have raised the incident.

So the customer from their portal gets to see the priority and the environment field after they have raised the ticket . They also fill up a field called SID while raising the inc but is unable to see that here beside Environment. 
how to bring that?
