Add a menu under Impersonation

I want to add a menu item under impersonation in the ITSM backend portal. How and Where do I do that?

Hi, unfortunately your requirement is not clear, what exactly are you trying to do?
If you impersonate a user, then OOB you take on the users roles and you will see the modules\menu items visible to the impersonated user.
Perhaps you could update this thread with details of your requirement.

what release of servicenow you are on?

We are on UTAH release . I want to add another menu under Impersonate User
