Add a tab to a record on the Service Operations Workspace

Hi there, I need help with the Service Operations Workspace. I can't find how to add a new tab to the incident record page on the Service Operations Workspace. I saw that in other workspaces like CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace if I go into an incident the related lists of the incident will be shown as tabs. But it seems that it isn't the case in the SOW, instead they are all regrouped under the Related Records tab. How can I change that ?

Adding a New Tab to Incident Record Page in Service Operations Workspace

To add a new tab to the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace:

  1. Check Scope:

    • Ensure your scope matches the current page.
  2. Create Records:

    • Manually add records in:
      • sys_ux_screen_type
      • sys_ux_screen
      • sys_ux_app_route
  3. Configure Tab:

    • Set the order and icon fields in sys_ux_app_route.
  4. Create Variant (If Needed):

    • If the page is read-only, create a variant of the incident record page.

By following these steps, you can add and configure a new tab for the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace.
