Add additional field on the Resolve Pop Up in Service Operations Workspace.

Hello Devs,

 

On Service Operations Workspace, when we click on 'Resolve' button for incidents, We get a popup as below. And we want to add another field on that pop up and should work same as 'Resolution Code' and 'Resolution notes' how can I do that.?

Hi @Rocky5 ,

You can add the field which you want to include on the modal by following steps:

1. Open an Incident record , Right- click on the headerand do  configure> Form Layout.

2. Select the View Name as "SOW Incident Resolve Modal".

3. Add the field from Left slush bucket to right bucket or you can create a field as well

4.  Finally you can see the new field added :

Note: If you want the field to be mandatory, you can create a UI policy or modify the UI policy which already exists for the rest 2 fields .

I tried this but this doesn't seem to work. I am trying to add business impact field on this pop up and it doesn't reflect.
