Hi,
I have a requirement to enhance the "My Task and Approvals" page (hrm_todos_page) in ServiceNow.
I need to add filters so that users can filter records by Created Date, Updated Date, or Task Types.
I also want to check the feasibility of directly opening the specific Approval record instead of navigating through a generic link.
Has anyone implemented custom filters or modified the navigation behavior on the hrm_todos_page? If yes, can you please guide me on the approach.

Okay so it' a custom portal.
In that case you will have to design your own widget that handles this filter.
