add and verify users/groups are on Service operation workspace

I created 5 groups to the change management module and provided roles for each. How do i verify or make sure these roles are also available in the service operations workspace?

I have a task to configure groups add the roles and create users to associate with the group. the acceptance criteria is for these groups/users  work in SOW as well. how to i verify these work there?

If you look for @Marinela G post, you can see that itil role can access SOW out of the box.
