Add Approvers to receive SLA Warning notification

Is it possible to add Approvers to receive SLA Warning OOTB notification in task_sla table ? or do we need to create a new notification with [sysapproval_approver] to trigger emails to the approvers of HR case ?

Follow these steps, and share your feedback/error screen shot. Don't think the community will do all your work.

This easy steps

- Check OOTB notifications ( or in Flow too)

- Open that notification

- Go to To whom to send

- Under user group - Search for approver and move to the right side.

- Save and test.
