Add bank holidays to an SLA

Hello,

I know how to create a new schedule for SLA . (for example from 10:00 to 22:00)

but how do I add the bank holidays to be considered in the SLA (to stop the SLA) per country ?

The schedule you created, you can create  child schedules for that with type exclusion and add all the holidays

You can US Holidays schedule which is OOB for your reference
