Add button in Affected CI under Change Request Related List is not working for other state

Hi Team,
I added the 'Add' button for Assess and Authorize state in Change Request by modifying the Script Include - ChangeProposed
As you can see in the screenshot I tried using the Name of each state and I also tried using the value.
It successfully added the 'Add' button when Change Request State is in Assess and Authorize state. However, when I tried adding an Affected CI, it doesn't add the CIs selected.
How can I make it work? What should I add or remove?
Your help will be much appreciated, Thanks in advance!

Hi Samyak,
thanks for the update. we also had the same requirement and the solution we implemented was to update the business rule: Read only Affected CI when not New , however we faced issues during upgrade to Quebec,as this BR is replaced and updated.

Yes i checked it with Quebec, so i stopped the development for it.
