Hello all,
Attempting to setup a customer sat survey for the HR module, however I have an additional email address the survey would need to be sent to. Some of the HR cases created will not have a "Requestor" (no user record) within SN, instead the agents will document an email address. Is it possible to setup a survey to be sent to that email address?
Currently the survey conditions are setup for the Requestor and you cannot select anything but a "user" reference field.
Thanks!

I removed the attributes from the user_field on the Survey Conditions form. This will allow you to choose a string/email address field that I had added to the HR form. If a user is not selected, then send to the email address. I had to create two survey conditions to accomplish this. 1 for non-user (send to email), 1 for user (send to caller).
Hope this helps!

Decided to remove the attributes on the field to show all fields including non-reference. Seems to be working!

Hi Bill,
I need to do something similar. Can you provide more details on your solution? Where did you remove the attributes?
Thanks

Hi Billi
This was helpful. I still cannot get the actual email or survey to be created. I have the user field on the survey trigger set to an email address field but never sends the email or create the survey. Any ideas how you got it to work once you put the email field in the trigger. I am on Eureka.
thanks
