Add button on MRVS field is not working for snc_external role users

Hi, we see Add button on MRVS field is not working for snc_external users. We have checked there are no restrictions on teh catalog item, also they are able to see and fill all the fields except the add button on MRVS field. Can sone help

how are they able to see and fill the fields if they cannot see ADD button?

without clicking ADD button how the form can be seen?

@Ankur Bawiskar Hi Anukur, other fields on the form users are able to update, not fields on MRVS
